Cancellation Policy – Mane Aura Mane Aura kindly requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 25% charge of the scheduled service total. No-call/no-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will require a deposit to secure any future bookings. All cancellations must be submitted through our online booking app or by calling the salon directly. Please note: Cancellations made via email will not be accepted.
